Sometimes events happen so frequently that it becomes little difficult to recognize which one is creating stress. But recognizing the triggers of your stressful reaction is the first step in the path of managing your stress. Living stressful life in today’s time will harm you but understanding and recognizing your stress triggers you out can help you.
Before falling day-to-day because of stress, find out the actual cause that could be any upcoming exam, fight with loved and dear ones, dispute with colleagues or boss and work.
2. Accept the things you can’t change
It is true you can’t control others reaction towards you but you can definitely control the way you are reacting towards them. You can control your time, money spent, to accomplish work. There happens some events that you can control but what about other things that you have no control over.
Even in events that are beyond your control and in that you inevitably fail, this will only make you helpless and more stressed. When you know you can’t help it, you have no control over it then it is better to stop worrying about it. Worrying will not help, it will only worsen.
3. Use your time wisely
Poor time management causes a lot of stress and no matter how hard you try to manage your time but later it comes out to be one of the biggest stressors. Did you ever wish to have more than twenty four hours in a day?

5. Get some exercise and meditation
No matter how fit you are, it is important to keep your body moving in order to combat stressful reactions and to prevent them rising in near future. Do exercise daily, if you don’t like doing exercise. Find out some activities that you like and which also includes some motion, you can opt for jogging. Develop a habit of regular exercise routine.

Eat properly according to your diet as everybody has different nutritional requirement so understand yours and make conscious eating habits. Another key to stay healthy and strong is restful sleep.
7. Make time for fun and relaxation
In the hustle and bustle of your life, don’t ever forget to take care of yourself and your needs. Make time for leisure activities that will make your laugh, enjoy your evening with your loved ones, enjoy time with people who can throw your stress away, spend time with small kids. If you are living stressful life, this is your time to take break from all the responsibilities and recharge your batteries.
8. Express your feelings
If something is bothering you, better to express it than keeping them all in your heart and hurting yourself inside. Learn to communicate in an open and respectful manner, share things with your close friends or loved ones. Even if you can’t share it with anyone, express your feelings on a piece of paper, you will feel better.
9. Practice positive thinking
No matter what happen, keep yourself positive all the time. Positivity gives inner energy that no one can beat. It is true people with positive attitude are less stressed as compared to people who are not.
10. Learn to forget and forgive
Accept the fact that no one is perfect neither you nor others. It is imperfect life where everyone makes mistakes once in a while. Learn to let go things, people who doesn’t deserve you, let go your anger, resentment and negative energy.
